I always knew I wanted to be a mother but knew it had to be at the right time. When I finally met John, we were in our mid 30's and I immediately knew I found the guy and that he would be the best dad in the world.
We first found out I was pregnant a week before our intimate backyard wedding in 2020 and surprised family and friends on our wedding day. However, I had a late miscarriage with our first pregnancy and it wasn't until later that Spring when we got pregnant again with Hudson.
Hudson Finn arrived in January 2022 and as cliché as it sounds, he is the best thing that has ever happened to us. He's the perfect combination of his mom and dad and has taught us more than he will ever know.
He is now a 1 year old, a toddler...and I am not sure where time is flying but I do know that these years have been my favorite and I am soaking in every moment with my little family.
