Earlier this spring, I began collaborating with Home Decorators to design a bedroom that really represents my style. I started with a post here with a mood board filled with all my ideas.

Dale Custom- Upholstered Headboard

I had been dreaming about a new headboard for my king sized bed as soon as we purchased it. I’ve always loved tufted headboards so it was just a matter of finding the perfect one. I ultimately decided on the Dale Custom-Upholstered Headboard in the color Natural Twill. There are so many color choices to pick from but I wanted to have a neutral backboard so I could play with color in other places. Although a close second was the Bryant Custom-Upholstered headboard and Andersen Custom-Upholstered bed. It was so hard to choose! I was also obsessed with the Bellamy Rattan Headboard as I have a thing for rattan and the Lucia Woven Headboard is another perfect non-tufted option.

When my headboard from Home Decorators arrived, I was so excited to see the final product put together. Jon and I spent the night it arrived putting it together which was not hard at all. We were both so impressed with the quality and material of the headboard. The tufted detail is just gorgeous! I can’t even tell you how happy it made me to finally have a headboard that was everything I was looking for. Then I of course added all my favorite bohemian printed pillows and a cozy blanket at the foot of my bed. A pair of off white/white nightstands finally perfectly complemented the bed.
