Price varies based on color, length, and weight desired. Blondes tend to be more expensive because
1.The hair is in hair demand
2. The clients natural hair usually requires more color services to blend
3.The extensions need color services as well (toners and root tap)
Hair prices for my type of hand tied wefts vary in cost depending on the company and length. For example, Bombshell Hair is $350 (16″) – $600 (22″) per pack. The majority of Trici’s clients wear 2- 2 1/2 packs and 2-3 rows
We used @jzstyles.co hair and two different shades were used to match my hair color
Unlike many extension methods, this particular one does not require heat, bonding, or sticky adhesive. The wefts are distributed evenly in weight across the head so no one section is bearing too much weight reducing breakage upon installation and removal.
The removal process is a dream. It takes less than 5 minutes to take these extensions out. Trici has found that women with thin hair benefit from this method as well, but she is very realistic with them about the amount of hair their natural hair could carry.
As long as the extensions are taken care of at home they have the potential to last 8-12 months. She personally tested this and wore her original set for 1 year! She washed her extensions once a week with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, applied a leave-in detangler and a generous amount of oil before blow drying and heat styling.
By the end of the year, the hair had thinned a bit but the hair still felt and looked great. She tells clients to care for their extensions as if they are your natural hair but with a little extra TLC, however, always keep in mind they are sewn in and not natural!
You! You treat them just like your real hair! I like to add dry shampoo before I work out to my roots and braid it into a ponytail or pigtails to keep it off my neck.
They are in tight! You feel them when she puts in them in at first but now I can’t feel them.
