I’m so excited to share a project that I’ve started working on the past couple weeks. I’ve worked with a personal stylist at Trunk Club who curated a spring workwear trunk, filled with some of my favorite items to wear to work. Spring might be my favorite time of the year to dress for work as a teacher as I am always on the lookout for a cute dress or skirt. I loved the idea of Trunk Club to help me find the perfect looks that will keep me professionally dressed but also stick true to my own personal style.

Trunk Club is a personal styling service (with no fees to you) that is perfect for every working woman who is busy, short on time, and looking for a little guidance in finding her ideal outfit. How does it work?  Trunk Club has a simple sign up process where you answer a fun survey and get paired up with a stylist. Your stylist works with you to find out what shapes, silhouettes, and items you like to wear best. They are trained to know how to decipher different office dress codes (every job and boss is so different!) and help build outfits that fit your work environment.

My stylist Hayley knew I loved and felt the most confident when I wore bohemian and girlie inspired dresses and skirts. Therefore, she found cute pieces that would work for my busy school day and were versatile for different events I might attend during the week or weekend.  After she selected the items, I viewed them in the wardrobe section. This is where you can see all of your selected items paired in different ways so you are never in that panic mode of WHAT DO I WEAR! You are also able to see all the items your stylist selected for you BEFORE your trunk ship’s in case I wanted to make any last minute changes. Then of course you only pay for the items you keep!

Obviously, I loved trying on all the looks when they arrived in front of my mirror. Hayley did such a great job with my trunk that I honestly loved all of my items. Specifically for work I asked for these items in my trunk:

  • Midi Skirts
  • Ankle Boot
  • A-Line Dress
  • Fit and Flare Dress
  • Flowy Maxi Skirt
  • Wrap Dress
  • Lightweight Jacket
  • Ruffle Tee

These are all perfect starting points for me this spring and of course, your items would be customized to you and your workwear needs this spring! Just overall, Trunk Club has been such a time saver in refreshing my wardrobe this spring. My stylist was able to stick to my budget, find perfect items for me to mix and match at school, and it was so easy to do.

You can sign up for your spring workwear trunk here and be sure to let me know your experience! I know you’ll love it as much as I do!

xx

Thanks to Trunk Club for partnering with me on this post!
